Our large and rapidly growing, fast paced real estate company is seeking a happy, helpful, and detailed person to join our team as our full time graphic designer and training moderator to further our corporate brand. The perfect person must enjoy assisting people, be cheerful, presentable, detail oriented, and confident. Must be fluent in English (Bilingual, English/Spanish a plus) with good communications skills and a clear happy phone voice.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
    • Bilingual - Fluent in English/Spanish
    • Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Acrobat
    • Basic HTML (ability to design very simple HTML flyers for email campaigns; complex coding does not work in our mail server)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel and Google Sheets
    • Basic video editing skills (Current Adobe Suite or Final Cut Pro X) to include green screen work. • Attention to Detail (symmetry, alignment, spelling & grammar...)
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
    • Excellent grammar and composition skills

• Knowledge of computer sound settings on multiple operating systesms. The ideal candidate will also type 45+ words per minute with accuracy, answer multi-line phones with composure, have no public criminal record, and be extremely internet literate. No real estate experience required.

Responsibilities Will Include:
    • Daily social media posts
    • Photography; taking agent's headshots & "welcome" photos with all new agents for use in social media
    • Photo editing (remove backgrounds, touch up portraits)
    • Agent and management marketing support
    • Moderating online video training on a daily basis to include sound testing and troubleshooting students as they login, logging attendance, facilitating activities, and logging results. • Design print marketing for:
      - Real estate listings
      - Company events
      - Career luncheons (template provided)
      - Business cards (templates provided)
      - Monthly training calendar & newsletter (template provided)

Full time, Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. $11-13 per hour to start with a guaranteed raise within 90 days. Paid time off and holiday pay is offered.
