Assisted Living Exec Sales Rep (NE Valley)

City: Phoenix

Experienced sales business development representative to generate sales for the assisted & independent living communities in East Valley - Paradise Valley, preferably with the proven track record with senior living placement agency.



We are promoting our luxury assisted and independent living services within the health care/senior care community by developing new relationships to recommend and/or refer our services.



EXPERIENCE:


2+ years of health care or medical industry related experience - verifiable references.



Outside sales experience in a few of the following areas will be considered: home health care agency, hospital, nursing home, assisted living facility, rehab facility, physician practice, medical equipment/ products or other relevant health care industry.



SKILLS:


• A proven record of outstanding phone sales preferably with the prior senior living sales experience


• The ability to set and pursue aggressive goals


• People/Service Orientation-Friendly, Energetic, Outgoing, Caring and Committed to helping people.


• Excellent Communication Skills, High Energy & Motivation Honesty and Integrity.



PRIMARY DUTIES:


• Identify & explore the market potential by qualifying clients/residents.


• Initiate sales process by telephone calls, scheduling appointments; written correspondence, initial presentation & understanding of account requirements.


• Presentation of service options to potential clients.


• Create relationships by building rapport with potential clients; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.


• Expand sales with existing accounts by increasing awareness and introducing new products and services.


• Contribute the information to the market strategy by monitoring competitive products and feedback from clients.


• Attend networking opportunities within industry.


Booth display at vendor opportunity events.


• Keep the knowledge up-to date


• Accomplish the marketing and organization’s mission



QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:


Excellent Presentation Skills, Written and Verbal Communication, Driven by Sales, Sales Planning, Prospecting Skills, Persistence, Self-starter, Professional Appearance, Organization and Computer savvy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL and the knowledge of on-line marketing. Knowledge of Health Care Insurance and Veteran Assistance helpful.
