"We are currently recruiting individuals with a Min 4-year degree, prefer experience or interest in health sciences/healthcare/psychology for a client who has an immediate need. The client offers services entailing the answering of inbound calls and conducting a pre-qualification medical questionnaire over the phone. The position requires you to have and maintain your own computer, broadband and landline phone with cord. Hours are flexible. Compensation is 2-tiered.
Dedicated Spain/Mexico coverage: Hours of availability must be Mon. - Fri., between 3am and 9pm eastern time - min. 15 min/hr., 30 cents/min (5am to 1am ET), 40 cents/min. (1am to 5am ET)
English shared services coverage: 25 cents/min., call volume dependent; Hours vary but are mostly Mon. - Thurs., 8am to 9pm ET
