Job Descriptions:
A.Answer incoming calls, assist with call backs, schedule appointments.
B.Provide instructions to patients, collect various non-blood specimens for laboratory testing, Draw blood, EKG's, heel or finger sticks, administer medication to patients, assisting with minor surgery, CPR cert., specimen collection and processing,venipunctures, vital signs, bleeding times, glucometer, urinalysis.
C.Infection control, medical asepsis, and sterilization.
