I'm looking for one or two people, with good knowledge, plenty of experience and a comfort level in either or both of the following areas:

- Business entity structuring and maintenance
- Trust document preparation and capitalization

You would be responsible for preparing documents based on client intake sheets, and working directly with clients by phone or by email where additional information is required. The nature of this work (and the distance) means experience is a must.

You can work at my office, or yours. You can work around your schedule if you've got school, another job, etc., as long as the work gets done in a timely manner.

Compensation is negotiable, based on your knowledge and experience. I'd prefer a flat per-job price but will consider hourly ($15-20) depending on you.
