I am a college-educated professional who has experience assisting attorneys in filing real estate tax appeals on commerical, industrial, and residential property for 10 years. I have experience filing appeals to the Assessors and Boards of Review of Cook County and the collar counties in Illinois. I also have experience at the Circuit Court of Cook County and the Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board. I have taken several appraisal classes and can help you write clear, concise briefs explaining the argument for an assessment reduction.
