Startup Durham area IT Services company is seeking part time, contract technicians with the opportunity to become full time. Training can be provided to assist those with an incomplete skill-set if their customer service skills are above average. Preference is for candidates that are either on E.I. or fit within the Reach Back status (on E.I within the last 5 years) so that Wage Subsidies can be applied. This is a Virtual Office based business, with only a couple dozen clients so the role will expand as workload expands. This position does require remote work (work from home) since its a Virtual Office structure utilizing home offices. High speed internet access is required. Travel to Bowmanville on a regular basis is required for all non-remote work. Client location visits will be required for any on-site services provided. The role will include front-line telephone and in-person client exposure, so excellent customer service skills are required.
